» Shelsley Walsh Speed Hill Climb (events throughout the year).

Shelsley Walsh is the oldest motorsport venue in the world that is still in current use. 103 years of speed hill climbing will continue in the Teme Valley, Worcestershire during the 2009 season with six competitive weekends planned. (for more information: Click Here).

 


» Malvern Spring Gardening Show (next show - 12th to 15th May 2011).

The first National RHS Show of the year, the Malvern Spring Gardening Show offers innovative, inspirational and creative ideas for your garden. » Top Barn Maize Maze (early July to end of August).

» Three Choirs Festival (6th to 13th August 2011).

Next due in Worcester in 2011, running for nearly 300 years, the Three Choirs Festival is a British music festival, held each August alternately at the cathedrals of Hereford, Gloucester and Worcester. The music featured tends towards the ecclesiastical. (for more information: Click Here).

 


» Worcester Beer and Cider Festival (next festival - August 2011).


Organised by CAMRA, celebrating British Beer and Cider - this festival features over 200 real ales, 100 ciders and perries plus Fruit and grape wines, accompanied by a selection of food and a number of live bands to listen to while you sample from the range of beer on offer. » Worcester Festival (two weeks up to and including August Bank Holiday).


Typically over 300 events over a two week period, from live music and bands, dance, arts and craft, performance artists, to falconry, history and horticulture - all live and mostly free in the city centre. (for more information: Click Here).

 


» Malvern Autumn Show (next show - September 24th and 25th 2011).

An eclectic mix of country pursuits, inspiring displays and unique shopping, there is something here for everyone. From delicious food halls with celebrity chef demonstrations to a spectacular RHS flower show, world of animals and giant vegetable competitions, the Malvern Autumn Show brings together everything we know and love about nature at its finest. » Worcester Christmas Fair (next fair - 2011 date to be confirmed).


Take a step back in time and enjoy the festive atmosphere of the medieval streets of Worcester as they are transformed into the Victorian era. Stallholders dressed in period costume will be offering Christmas gifts and crafts together with seasonal treats such as mulled wine and roasted chestnuts. Whilst browsing amongst the stalls you may wish to stop and watch the street entertainment and visit the traditional funfair rides.

 


» Worcester Farmer's Market (first Sunday of each month).
